Ordering process explained

Place your order on the website. If you require colour charts please see them on the sections bar across the top of the website. Message me if you need to discuss. 

Your order is now placed. You can choose to pay in full with card, Paypal or credit card. Laybuy instalments of 6 weekly payments - credit application required. Klarna, pay in 3 monthly instalments - credit application required. bank transfer also accepted. 

Order is now paid, You will now receive a posting pack in the post for placing hair or ashes into.

Fill in the quick form and post back using  address label provided. You will just need an envelope or re use the one I have posted to you. Send signed for so you can track where your letter is. You can message me to check if you need to. 

You will receive an e mail for confirmation when i have fiished your order. Time scale is 1-6 working weeks.Pplease note that hand made silver items can be longer due to them being made from a ball of silver and kiln fired, hand sanded and polished. 

I take pictures of completed items and they will be posted on the Willow & Co fb page. I will also e mail you pictures where required. During busy times I may not always get pictures.

Your finished items are carefully packed and certificates of authenticity are written for each item made. They are posted on special delivery with Royal Mail on my next post run. I do a couple of post runs a week.
