How much ashes or hair do I need to send?
I ask for a teaspoon of ashes or a small snip of hair around an inch long or just over where possible. Any hair cutting can be used so dont worry to much, most ashes are also sent back - this is just so i can get the right textured ashes for your order.
where do you post?
I post all over the uk with royal mail, Jersey, some parts of Ireland, USA and Spain. I do not post to Australia.
Im Local, Can I drop off instead?
Yes, I do ask you to arrange a day and time for this as my workshop is at my home.
Lead Time
This does vary with every order due to stock. sometimes I have to wait for rings to be made. Gold is made to order with a 10 week lead time, allowing for movement. these go for hallmarking in Birmingham. I ask to allow 6 working weeks for other orders but most go out before this unless there is a stock delay.
I have a date I need an order by.
Message me prior to ordering so I can check stock, order the stock and let you know if the date is possible or not. I always do my absolute best to help.
How do I send you ashes and hair
You will receive a posting pack in the post to complete and pop ashes or hair into. Hair can be placed inbetween foil if required.
