How much ashes or hair do I need to send?
I ask for a teaspoon of ashes or a small snip of hair/fur around an inch long or just over where possible. Any hair cutting can be used so don't worry to much.
Unused ashes/hair/fur are sent back with your finished order.
where do you post?
I post all over the uk with royal mail. I no longer send abroad and am unable to cover any part of Ireland now due to the new regualtions Ireland are following. Most Irish customers order and have sent to a friend or family in the uk.
Im Local, Can I drop off instead?
Yes, I have a drop box on the wall outside the gate for dropping ashes direct. Make contact for this please.
Lead Time
This does vary with every order due to stock. sometimes I have to wait for rings so I have now put my lead time to 12 working weeks. Most go out before this but please allow the time if ordering on a sale or busy christmas period.
I have a date I need an order by.
Message me prior to ordering so I can check stock, order the stock and let you know if the date is possible or not. I always do my absolute best to help.
How do I send you ashes and hair
If your ordering a ring, please await a posting pack in the post. This will contain a ring sizer for you to check your size. Please do not size off of another worn ring. Rings change shape over time and sizes change. Use the provided sizer.
