Disclaimer - I require buyer to let me know ring size. Its your responsibility to give me the correct size. I am unable to re make, refund or re size rings once ashes, hair or fur are placed. Due to the nature of the item, rings are non refundable. 

If you require a ring sizer, there are metal ones available to purchase on my shop. Alternatively they are available on amazon at a low cost.

Please remove rings when using cleaning products or hand sanitizer as the alcohol and bleach in these may cause dulling of the item. 
Remove when showering as this can cause sterling silver to blacken and require cleaning and you may dull the resin with products.

Item can be cleaned with a silver polishing cloth but please do not clean the resin. If a ring requires a re shine, this is a service I provide to you.
